Lapiz, a part of the Leo Burnett Group, is hiring a Senior Producer with experience in Multicultural and/or Hispanic Marketing. The ideal candidate will have fluency in the Spanish language and must have production experience in Latin America.

The Senior Producer executes ideas within or across media platforms by providing expert knowledge of the talent, techniques and technologies necessary to execute the work. This is a key position that is responsible for identifying, attracting, attaching and managing the talent (in or out of house) necessary to ensure the best production value possible for the idea and the client.

Responsibilities include:

- Consult and collaborate with Creatives and other Subject Matter Experts (SME) on executional approach, style, timetables and desired results of project.
- Help identify potential suppliers, in-house and outside to partner in executional engagement. - Identify potential new resources
- Collaborate with department SMEs to define technological/executional requirements within and/or across platforms/channels.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new techniques and technologies. Stay current by participating in industry through clubs, committees and/or industry organizations.
- Identify and manage all facets of work including:
1. Estimates/bidding of creative boards, shooting/building all asset capturing utilizing film, video tape, or print. prep, shoot, and post production/finishing
2. Internal resources for digital build including architecture, design, build, engineering and deployment.
- Collaborate with Department SMEs on printing and finishing techniques, mailing, distribution and fulfillment requirements, press schedules and paper requirements, color standards and overall production strategy.
- Collaborate with Procurement to manage talent/business aspects including production bidding, talent engagement and contracting: business and talent management.
- Collaborate with inter-agency departments to drive cross-platform synergies and efficiencies.
- Maintain fluency in channels of expertise while actively pursing cross-training opportunities

Required Skills/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5-7 years of experience working in a creative agency / environment
• Experience with international productions (Latin America)
• Fluency in speaking and writing Spanish
• Experience with multicultural advertising is preferred
• Experience across a variety of platforms is preferred -- Motion, Interactive/Digital, Emerging Media, Experiential, Print, and Broadcast
• Experience with Content Production
• Fluency in complex contracting including SAG/AFTRA, AFM, music licensing/publishing and third party works for hire
