We are looking for a VP, Strategy Director to joing the MillerCoors team.

MillerCoors – Arc is AOR for all promotional and shopper marketing across its entire portfolio of brands as well as all of its customer and channel marketing. The primary function of this position is to run Strategy for all customer and channel marketing inititives for MillerCoors which will include customer marketing programs across various different retailers (Kroger, 7-11, Walmart, BW3, etc) as well as partner with MillerCoors on their channel marketing inititives for grocery, mass, C-store and bars and restaurants. You will be seen as a leader on the account, will consult with the agency Customer and Channel Ceter of Exellence and will participate as a member of the agency Strategy Leadership Team.

Experience/Skills Required:
• Multiple years in business (10-15) – seasoned planner
• Has experience in retail/shopper and customer marketing
• Experience working in a strong collaborative team environment
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research foundation
• Exceptional brief writing skills and ability to inspire creative
• Proficient at presenting ideas and selling work to clients
